What experiences (work and personal) help you to be a better attorney?
The great majority of people today live paycheck to paycheck. When someone suffers an injury and loses that paycheck, the stress can be overwhelming. I understand the strain that this puts on an injured worker and their family. Over the years, I have learned how to help my clients overcome that stress.
What made you choose your primary area of law?
Too often an injured worker is not treated fairly by the workers' compensation system and their employer. I take great pride in making sure my clients are treated fairly.
What makes your law firm unique?
My office specializes in representing injured workers in their workers' compensation claims and social security disability cases. As a client, you will talk directly to me regarding the issues in your case. Your entire case will be handled by me from start to finish. I have handled cases in this manner for 25 years.
Describe your ideal client.
All of my clients are ideal and I recognize that each case is different and requires attention to all details. My clients have given me a great compliment by hiring me as their attorney. I repay that compliment by providing them with high quality legal representation.
Describe your personal interests and hobbies.
I am an avid college sports fan and particularly enjoy following The Ohio State University teams. I am also interested in woodworking and boat restoration. Currently I am restoring a vintage era boat.
