I became an attorney because I enjoy the challenges and excitement of preparing a case for litigation, and I truly enjoy helping clients through those difficult times.
I believe it is imperative to learn from other attorneys and judges. I have been able to gain a tremendous amount of perspective on my personal injury cases by speaking with attorneys who practice in different areas of law. I also believe that being a member of legal associations such as the OAJ, CBA and OSBA greatly help me keep up to date on changes in the law as well as new strategies for my clients.
I really enjoy helping individuals and families through difficult times, and (when necessary) helping them fight large corporations and insurance companies.
Our office offers clients "Big Firm Expertise" at the cost of smaller firm. We also offer a wide variety of services so that we can truly be a "full service" firm. I love spending time with my family, and I enjoy skiing, kayaking, and white water rafting... or really any outdoor activity.
I donate to several different charities throughout the year and I frequently dedicate my time to local charities for fundraisers as well.

Some matters may require a retainer. This is determined by the nature of the case. The retainer is not intended to be an estimate of the charges, but to ensure that the client has made a commitment to the process.

For most legal services, either a fixed fee or at least a minimum and maximum charge can be provided.
For matters which cannot be billed on a flat fee basis, my hourly rate is $220.
