I offer over 30 years of practical, down-to-earth experience in solving a wide array of legal problems for businesses.
My entire legal career has been in the private practice of law and devoted to serving the needs of businesses. I was a founding partner and am now of counsel to McFadden, Winner, Savage & Segerman, LLP which was formed in 1990.
Every case is significant to me because each matter is important to the client affected by the outcome.

I was attracted to the legal profession in order to satisfy an entrepreneurial itch.
I worked in the business operated by my father and mother during my high school and college years. That experience prepared me well to look at legal matters from the point of view of the business owner. The most important lesson is to treat others as I would want to be treated myself, and I strive to apply that rule in all business and personal relationships.
Helping business clients avoid snarls and solve problems was the challenge I found to be most satisfying.

My second job is walking and playing with our dog, Skip. I am a sports fan, particularly baseball and college football. I get cranky if I have to go more than two days without going to the gym for a workout.

There is no charge for an initial consultation that does not exceed 30 minutes.

We offer fixed-price fees for simple estate plans and for formation of a business entity.
Our hourly rates compare very favorably with lawyers of similar experience and qualifications.
