Representing Multiple Parties in Real Estate Transactions

With today’s housing market on the ropes, dealing with the delicate matters of buying or selling a property is increasingly complex and sensitive. The new considerations of buyers, sellers and brokers cannot be under-estimated and can pose a challenge to even the most experienced real property attorney.

The Columbus Bar wants to help those attorneys in real property law or dealing with issues of real estate to “Know What To Do When Your Client’s Are in Deep…” On December 16, 9:00am to 12:15pm, presenters Jamie Zitesman and Holly Johnston-Cook provide you with facts and insights into representing multiple parties in real-estate transactions.

Mr. Zitesman focuses his practice on residential real estate transactions and litigation. Ms. Johnston-Cook is house counsel for the State of Ohio, Department of Commerce, Division of Real Estate and Professional Licensing.
