Castle Doctrine

The castle doctrine simply creates a presumption that one has acted in self defense.

Disability

For an adult, disability under Social Security is based on inability to work because of a physical or mental medical condition or combination of impairments.

Also known as a Residual Functional Capacity form, filled out by your Primary Treating Physician, is a very important component of your case for receiving Social Security benefits
