I started my career as a commercial creditor attorney in a medium-sized law firm. I went solo in 1995 due to my desire to to be able to provide my clients with the most cost-efficient and personalized service.
I have handled matters ranging in value from a few thousand dollars to over $20 million.

I have been personally involved in real estate including building management for over 20 years. Understanding the owner's needs and desires as well as understanding the legal process makes my experience valuable to my clients.
I am the only attorney in this firm, and my clients receive my personal attention. I personally review each case and deal with my clients directly. I make myself accessible and I take my client's concerns very seriously.

I have been married 31 years. I have four children, and I enjoy spending time with my family. I also enjoy sports, exercising and listening to oldies.
I have received our civic association's "Good Neighbor" award, and I have served as Trustee, Vice President, President and Chairman of the Board on many communal charitable organizations. Over the years I've received various awards and commendations for my efforts in assisting organizations that needed my help.

Retainers for many matters are $500 or less.

I offer flat-rate fees or contingent fees where permitted and practical. The client would also have the option of paying by the hour for my services.
My hourly rate for matters billed by the hour is $145.
